I’ll tell you how I try to do it:
A) every day I write down ten ideas of how I can push things forward just a little bit. or 10 things I learned from something. Or ten ways I can help othes.etc . Most of the ten will be bad ideas. But it’s just practice, exercising the idea muscle.
B) Every day I’ll think of one simple way to push. Write one page. Call one person. Meet one person. All of those things are possible. I have 2 kids, I have full time jobs that I do. But i alwyas try to reinvent a little.
C) Stay healthy — you need stamina and energy to change. Be around positive people. Be creative. Be grateful.
D) Plus, minus, equal — learn from everyone you can (plus), teach others (minus), find peers who are reinventing themselves (equals). This propels you forward.
